Design/Build: A Unique Selling Proposition
In the Design/Build approach owners, designers and contractors are brought together as an integrated team early in the design phase of a project. Because of the collaborative nature of design/build, this method of delivery offers a faster and a potentially less expensive way to undertake construction projects while still delivering high quality and functionality.
We create a single point of contact with our clients that lasts throughout their project. Every sales person is capable of helping our customers through the design phase by getting their ideas on paper, exploring options to improve value for the user, and then developing construction drawings with our design team. The sales person will then generate a scope of work and unique project estimate, assure the customer understands all of the costs, and cover any value engineering or other potential savings. Eventually, the sales person will become the project manager for the construction phase of the project.
With both civil engineering and architectural staff on hand, we have the in-house resources needed to design a project quickly and efficiently while keeping a customer's needs at the forefront. Our abilities range from simple one page sketches to full sets of drawings and specifications. With the project design at our fingertips, we are able to closely maintain project costs while delivering an innovative design.
